Frederiksværk Camping is a manageable campsite in the middle of nature and with peace and quiet, but at the same time the campsite is located in the heart of Frederiksværk with only 200 meters to the nearest supermarket and 300 meters to Frederiksværk's pedestrian street with many shopping opportunities.

The proximity to the cozy pedestrian street in the city, with horse-drawn carriage rides and city tours, provides an extra experience. It's lush and green, and the idyllic canal runs through the city in the backyard. - Read more about Frederiksværk
You can rent a canoe on site and take a canoe trip all the way through the city and out to Denmark's largest lake, Arresø, or via the canal into Roskilde Fjord, which opens up into a magnificent spectacle of beach meadows and rich birdlife.

Sit wherever you want and enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful nature and the weather. If you're looking for activities, take a trip in our canoes or play a game of tennis. The campsite is located in the center of town, so it's 100m to the supermarket, 200m to the pedestrian street and 400m to the local music hall. One hour of canoeing is always included in the price of a tourist pitch.
Long-term pitch
The site is a year-round site, which means you can stay here all year round. However, there is limited staff during the winter period (October 1 - March 31). It's an advantage to choose our site as it's centrally located in the city. It's only 200 meters to the nearest shop and yet we're in the middle of nature and only 5 minutes by bike to the local harbor.
